We’re hiring a Marketing and Communications Manager – could this be you?

Women’s Circus is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead campaigns, grow audiences, and strengthen our bold, intersectional feminist arts organisation. This part-time role (0.6–0.7 FTE) drives marketing, digital, media, and fundraising communications, working closely with our team and partners.

Role: Marketing and Communications Manager

Location: Footscray, Melbourne. 

Hours: Part-time (0.6-0.7 FTE negotiable), can be spread across 5 days a week (Mon – Fri). 

Salary: $74,000-$78,000 pro-rata, per annum plus Superannuation and all entitlements.

Term: 12-month contract from October 2025 to October 2026 with the possibility for renewal.

About the Role: 

The role leads the design and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and media, manages our brand, and drives strategies to grow and diversify audiences. You’ll oversee social media, website and EDMs, create engaging content, manage external contractors, and support fundraising and development initiatives. Working closely with our small, passionate team, you’ll help amplify the impact of our social circus programs, performances, and sector development projects.
