A free, 10-week wellbeing program offering carers dedicated time to move, connect, play and focus on their own health and wellbeing in a welcoming, supportive environment.
These sessions use gentle movement, circus-inspired activities and creative play to reduce stress, build confidence and strengthen connection with others who share similar caring experiences.

Places are limited and registration is essential.
Who is it for?
These workshops are for carers (18+) of any gender who support another person – paid or unpaid – with daily living because of illness, disability, mental health needs or age.
No prior experience is required. All activities are adapted to suit different bodies, abilities, cultural backgrounds and comfort levels.
What to expect
Each session is designed to:
- Offer time for carers to focus on their own wellbeing
- Reduce stress and physical tension through movement and play
- Reduce feelings of isolation through shared experiences and social connection
- Build confidence and a positive relationship with the body
- Strengthen peer connection and mutual support
Sessions are relaxed, joyful and non-competitive, with space to move at your own pace.

(No workshop on 8 June – King’s Birthday Public Holiday)
