POW trainers understand modifications required in circus for ‘older bodies’ and tailor techniques to suit the skill level of individual participants.

To join POW classes, you must become a Women’s Circus member. Membership is valid for 365 days and has a great range of benefits including access to exclusive tickets and creative opportunities.
