This all-levels acrobalance class is perfect for any members interested in a fun, social class where they can expand their acrobalance repertoire. With a focus on developing technique and learning new skills, this class will cater for beginners through to experienced levels, and include cardio and strength building, as well as both standing and L-basing pair work, group skills and big pyramids.
All levels welcome!
Prerequisites: Some previous circus or similar physical experience is preferred, but not essential. A great class for people who have graduated from New Crew!
